About Us
We have two locations in Mount Holly, NC. Our North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists use their tools and knowledge to provide help, health, and healing to those who need it. Almost any spa can provide a general relaxing experience for you, but we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the human body and unlocking its ability to heal and recuperate.
Services
Our massage therapists will individualize each session to fit your body’s needs. Our list of available massage and bodywork services includes: full body massage, target area massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and Swedish massage. We also offer aromatherapy and cupping therapy as add-ons.
I have been getting massages for 20 plus years and this truly is the best place to come. Liz is amazing, she makes you feel so calm and relaxed . I have also seen Chelsea when I needed some extra attention with migraines. They both are great

Dakota was amazing! Truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She was so kind and listened to my trouble areas. I always have lots of tension and stress and I walked out feeling more relaxed than I have in months. I will definitely be returning!
Unbelievable local massage in an upscale environment. I was sent here by my wife after having some shoulder pain working out. I have since bought 5 90 minute massages in advance. I love how friendly everyone is. We even share our common love of our dogs 😄. Dakota is phenomenal. She finds everything I wasn't aware of and pays superb attention to areas I continually have challenges with, such as my traps where I've always held stress and tension. It's been a big benefit in my anxiety treatment, as well. I also love the multiple hot towel treatments. In short, I would recommend Dakota to anyone who would listen.The entrance to the facility is actually behind the building. A set of stairs outside leads to their door on the second floor. I am unaware if there are other accessible ways to access. There is parking behind the building, as well.I hope you enjoy it as much as me, and I hope this review encourages gents like me to take care of themselves. Worth it!
Receptionists are always super sweet when you first walk in & very welcoming. Very clean & well organized office. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a massage to come to Oak Essentials Wellness! ❤️ All of the massage therapists are absolutely wonderful!!
I had an incredible experience with my first time at Oak Wellness! Dakota was very cordial and hospitable! The massage was excellent and it was a very tranquil and relaxing environment. I can’t wait for my next session!
My husband and I get monthly massages , when we moved back to Mount Holly we needed to find a new place to get them, I looked online and found Oak Essentials, schedule my first massage on the online app! I got in the same day I was looking due to a cancellation! I was so excited! But wow I never dreamed I’d get the care and attention I received that day! Liz was so kind and listened to my needs. I shared with her about my husbands needs as well and offered options for us! Then the massage started and wow, I’ve had many massages but she was amazing! She could tell what my body needed and I can honestly say it was the best massage ever! I was so excited to tell my husband we schedule him as well and he too was amazed! We then scheduled my daughter with Chelsea, she is 15 and nervous but Chelsea was awesome with her! We truly love and areBlessed by Oak Essentials and so thankful we found them! I tell everyone how wonderful they are!

Liz and Chelsea are AWESOME! I go every other week to get my back and arms worked on for my jog. These ladies always take great care of me and they are so sweet and wonderful. The rooms always smell amazing and everything is so cozy. I can't wait to go back again!
Absolutely amazing! Very clean facility. Relaxing and peaceful. Liz is the most skilled person I have ever encountered. She is pleasantly unique to her craft. We will continue to go back as often as we can. Highly recommended.
